Wells Fargo Launches Emerging Middle Market Segment for NYC Metro

Wells Fargo has launched its emerging middle market (EMM) segment within the company’s Metro New York commercial banking team. Focused on providing banking services to companies with revenues in the range of $10 million to $75 million, the segment will be led by Alicia Iskhakova in New York City and John DeSclafani in New Jersey.

The teams will offer a comprehensive suite of products and services to serve the diverse needs of companies both in commercial and industrial, as well as investor real estate, including multifamily and commercial real estate financing.

Iskhakova brings more than 18 years’ experience in retail, business banking, and commercial real estate to Wells Fargo. She will be responsible for building out a new EMM team in the bank’s 42nd Street offices.

DeSclafani will be responsible for building and maintaining a statewide team of commercial relationship managers focused on the EMM segment, based in Paramus.
