Dallas Cold-Foods Distribution Center Sold to Scout Cold Logistics
Core5 Industrial Partners sold the KeHE Foods Distribution Center, a 993,912-square-foot facility, to Scout Cold Logistics. The plant had only been open two months. Colliers’ Chicago-based industrial capital markets team led by Jeff Devine brokered the transaction.
Located along I-20, less than 10 miles south of the Dallas Central Business District, the development offers linkages to the greater Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Building features include ultimate temperature control flexibility with the expandability of up to 330,000 square feet in the freezer/cooler area.
KeHE Food is a distributor of natural and organic, specialty, and fresh products to more than 30,000 natural food stores, chain and independent grocery stores, e-commerce retailers, and other specialty product retailers throughout North America. Headquartered in Chicago, KeHE has 16 distribution centers with over 5.4 million square feet of warehouse space serving stores across North America.
