CBRE Welcomes Trio of Life Science Brokers in Seattle
CBRE has announced the addition of Chris Moe and Hans Kemp as Executive Vice Presidents and Austin Arper as First Vice President in the firm’s Seattle office. The trio specializes in advising companies in the life sciences sector, including biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device organizations.
“The life sciences sector is one of the Puget Sound region’s fastest-growing property types, and these professionals have been the top players in the sector for 20 years. Chris, Hans and Austin merging their practices and adding the breadth and depth of CBRE’s global platform to support them creates an unmatched combination in our market,” said CBRE senior managing director John R. Miller.
The combined team has completed more than 2.7 million square feet of life sciences transactions over the past five years, representing 85% of activity in the Puget Sound region. Prior to arriving at CBRE, Kemp and Arper were with Flinn Ferguson and Moe was with Kidder Mathews.
