David Myers Joins LCK in Columbia as Senior Project Manager

LCK, a privately held woman-owned business jointly owned by majority partner Mickey Layden and Colliers | South Carolina, has added David Myers to its Columbia, SC team of project management professionals.

As a senior project manager, Myers will be responsible for management of significant LCK assignments and taking the lead in the selection and oversight of contractors, design professionals and consultants for each project.

“David brings a unique perspective to our team as a licensed Professional Engineer,” said Mickey Layden, President/CEO of LCK. “His background in engineering combined with over 18 years in construction and construction management further grows the depth and breadth of services and knowledge that LCK provides to our clients.”

Myers holds professional engineer licenses in NC and SC and joins a statewide team of project management experts currently engaged in a $750 million portfolio of projects extending across GA, NC and SC.
