Sage Realty is introducing Oasis, an amenities suite at two of its Midtown Manhattan office properties

Sage Realty Rolls Out New Amenity Suite at Midtown Office Towers

Sage Realty, the leasing and management division of the William Kaufman Organization, is introducing Oasis, a new amenity program driven by hospitality that will grant tenants access to curated spaces for events, entertainment and collaboration throughout its office portfolio. The first two Oasis amenity spaces will open in the first quarter of 2023 at 437 Madison Ave. and 767 Third Ave., each designed by design studio Fogarty Finger

“Outside of coworking companies, Sage is the first office landlord in NYC to introduce this ‘campus-style’ amenity concept,” says Jonathan Iger, CEO of Sage. “Our goal with Oasis is to offer our Tenants the spaces needed to achieve the ultimate work-life balance while allowing for the flexibility to access our properties for different functions. This will ultimately increase efficiencies, allowing for more socialization and enhanced wellness.”

Sage plans to bring the Oasis concept next to 77 Water St. In Lower Manhattan.
