Peak Properties Tapped to Manage Fulton River District Apartments

Peak Properties, LLC has added property management of 401-409 N. Milwaukee Ave., a mixed-use property located in Chicago’s Fulton River District neighborhood, to its growing portfolio. The property is home to six loft-like apartments and a Michelin Star rated ground-floor restaurant, Perilla.

The apartment mix includes five one-bedroom/one-bath units and one two-bedroom/two-bath unit. The large units include loft-like features such as 12- to 15-foot ceilings, exposed brick, and exposed timber beams.  All of the homes feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, espresso kitchen cabinets, in-unit laundry and individual HVAC.

“We know each and every Chicago neighborhood exceptionally well, and this pocket of River West is especially vibrant,” said Mike Zucker, managing partner at Peak Properties. “This is a repeat investment group and we’re incredibly proud that the owners have entrusted our team with the management.”
