Financial services firm Harding Loevner has extended its lease at Bridgewater Crossing in Bridgewater, NJ, signing for a full floor of office space

Harding Loevner Inks Full-Floor Lease Extension in Bridgewater

Avison Young has arranged a lease extension at the Bridgewater Crossing, a two-building office complex at 200-400 Crossing Boulevard in Bridgewater Township, NJ, for financial services firm Harding Loevner. The full floor, 40,110-square-foot lease extension is the result of proactive measures taken by the landlord, Alexander Property Holdings, to upgrade and renovate the class A office building.

Alexander Property Holdings was represented by Avison Young’s William McCaffrey, who is based in the firm’s Morristown office. Harding Loevner was represented by JLL.

“Across New Jersey, tenants are seeking high-quality space to attract their employees back in person as the return to office efforts continue,” said McCaffrey. “At Bridgewater Crossing, Alexander Property Holdings has been upgrading their already fantastic buildings, and we’ve enjoyed a long history of providing the type of quality that tenants, like Harding Loenver, are seeking in trophy properties.”
