Branding Agency Signs with Kaufman Organization for New Headquarters

Sharma Brands, a branding strategy agency that specializes in growing, operating and advising direct-to-consumer brands in the digital landscape, has signed a 5,508-square-foot lease at Kaufman Organization’s 56 W. 22nd St. The brand strategy agency will occupy the entire eleventh floor of the 12-story property in the Flatiron District for headquarters.

“56 W. 22nd St. is a highly desirable building due to the full building renovation including a new lobby, elevators and a tenant-controlled security system,” said Will Landsberg, director at Kaufman. “Employers are attracted to this building because it combines newly finished spaces with a vibrant NYC neighborhood. For Sharma Brands, this location offered a mid-block loft space with four sides of natural light, creating the perfect office for its headquarters.”

Landsberg represented ownership in leasing negotiations. Brett Maslin and Jack Tobin of Adams & Co. represented Sharma Brands.
