Las Vegas BTR community sells for $458K a unit before it's built out

Las Vegas BTR Community Changes Hands, Before its Done

Banyan Residential completed its $61 million purchase of Banyan Brighton, a 133-unit build-to-rent townhome community in Las Vegas, before all the units were built. The project is part of the planned 1,000-acre Skye Canyon master-planned community. Most of the units have been cleared for move-in. There are still a few more to build.

Banyan will offer a mix of two- and three-bedroom townhomes averaging about from 1,440 square feet, with rents starting at $2,200. Homes feature attached two-car garages, private patios and balconies.

Residents will have access to the Skye Canyon community’s amenities, which include a swimming pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse, a coffee shop, sports courts and five parks connected through landscaped walking paths.

Banyan’s Max Friedman says it’s in a great location, “Banyan Brighton is ideally located between the Las Vegas Strip and Mt. Charleston … in the northwest Las Vegas submarket, offering residents a suburban lifestyle minutes from the Las Vegas strip.”
