Hudson Capital Properties, Cape Fear Commercial Sell 55+ Community in Myrtle Beach for $53M

Hudson Capital Properties and co-developer Cape Fear Commercial have disposed of Inspire Coastal Grand, a community for 55-and-older residents located in Myrtle Beach, SC, for $53.2 million.

Tai Cohen of Cushman & Wakefield represented Hudson Capital Properties in the transaction.

The property at 1749 Sea Pine Boulevard consists of 194 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences along with pool, pickleball courts, ponds, walking trails, bocce courts, community garden, and shade pavilions. A central clubhouse offers fitness and aerobics rooms, a demonstration kitchen, a social area, a multipurpose room, a theater, and arts and crafts rooms.

Hudson Capital Properties, a multifamily real estate investment and development company, and Wilmington, NC-based Cape Fear Commercial previously partnered in the development of Hudson Rennaissance, a 198-unit community in Wilmington, NC. The two firms are currently co-developing a multi-family project in Surf City that is currently under construction
