Lake Washington Partners Snags Dallas Warehouse for $47M

Seattle-based commercial real estate investment and development firm Lake Washington Partners has acquired Tradepointe 20/45, a 418,000-square-foot Class A industrial building in Dallas, TX. The firm purchased the warehouse facility for approximately $47 million.

Located at 4831 Cleveland Rd., the recently-completed building has I-45 visibility and is close to Dallas Love Field and DFW International Airport, as well as the Downtown Dallas and Forth Worth areas. The property is Lake Washington Partners’ third acquisition in the the Dallas market.

“We have invested in industrial real estate for generations, and we’re thrilled to be growing our portfolio within the strong and enduring Dallas industrial market. The fundamentals of the Texas market are strong, with its low vacancy and strong support of the business community.  We’re excited to expand our footprint with the purchase of another premier industrial property,” said Lake Washington Partners President Jordan Lott.
