US Army Corps of Engineers Moves-In to Portland Office

Matt Lyman and Jack Schaub with commercial real estate brokerage firm Norris & Stevens have brokered the $1.9 million lease of space at the Ambassador Business Center in Portland, OR. US Army Corps of Engineers/GSA has secured Suites L and M at the facility, totaling 8,800 square feet.

Located at 7515 NE Ambassador Place, the 32-year-old property consists of 23,500 square feet of rentable space. Ambassador Business Center is well situated within walking distance of a TriMet MAX station and many restaurants and retail spaces. The location also offers easy access to Portland International Airport and major freeways including Interstates 5, 84 and 210.

Norris & Stevens represented the US Army Corps of Engineers/GSA in the lease transaction, while Jennifer Medak and Ken Boyko with Colliers represented the landlord, LPC Ambassador, LLC.
