Convene Expands into San Francisco at 100 Stockton
Meetings, events and flexible office space provider Convene is expanding to the West Coast, opening a new office at 100 Stockton Street in San Francisco. The company, through a partnership with landlord Blatteis & Schnur, Inc., will occupy 65,000 square feet of retail space on the fourth and fifth floors.
“Convene has witnessed strong demand for premium meeting spaces in San Francisco. The City is consistently among the top requested expansion markets by our existing clientele,” said Convene VP Brian Holland.
The company will have its own dedicated lobby on the ground floor with exclusive elevators to its premium event space on floors four and five. It is expected to open for business by the end of 2023. “We are thrilled to have Convene be a part of 100 Stockton,” stated Daniel Blatteis of Blatteis & Schnur. Cushman & Wakefield represented both parties in the transaction.
