New Encinitas Medical Office Building Nears Completion

The first speculative medical office building to be constructed in Encinitas, CA in 15 years is nearing completion on North El Camino Real. Developed by Manna Development Group, the 12,200-square-foot modern coastal building can accommodate multiple suites on two floors.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Peter Curry, Brooks Campbell and Owen Curry are overseeing leasing efforts for the property. “777 N. El Camino Real is an important Class A property to help support the community and rising medical demand in the region. It is also a very appealing, high-quality property that is easily accessible for tenants and patients from several major arterials,” said Peter Curry in a news release.

The facility features 5,700 square feet of space on the ground floor and 6,500 square feet on the second floor in shell condition that can be demised into multiple suites. There is also reserved on-site parking in front of the building and in a parking garage.
