Larkspur to build Willow, and two other rental assets in Dallas

First of Three Dallas Larkspur Rental Developments Nears Completion

The new eight-story, 190-unit Willow apartment project will definitely have an edge. It’s on the edge of Dallas’ Deep Ellum district, Exposition Park and soon-to-be upgraded Fair Park. It’s the first of three multifamily communities Larkspur Capital is planning for the area.

“We will begin moving in January,” said Larkspur Capital’s Carl Anderson “The goal is to be next to Deep Ellum, but also to be your own neighborhood. I think it’s going to be a nice residential street.” Anderson said the project will also include a coffee shop.

The building will have a coworking center and a pool deck overlooking downtown, a resident lounge bar that will be staffed indoors and outdoors on the weekend. Rents in the building start at $1,640 for a 618-square-foot studio unit.

Larkspur Capital’s proposed 234-unit Juniper Apartments will be built on Commerce Street off I 30 near Fair Park. Larkspur Capital is finalizing plans for a third apartment building just up the street.
