Transwestern Secures Two Law Firm Leases at West Loop Tower
Transwestern Real Estate Services represented building ownership on a lease expansion and a new lease at 191 N. Wacker Dr., a 37-story, 733,759-square-foot office building in Chicago’s West Loop. Manulife Investment Management, on behalf of owners Allianz Real Estate and AZ/JH CO-INVESTMENT VENTURE (IL) LP., was represented by Transwestern SVPs Katie Steele and Kathleen Bertrand .
The transactions include:
- Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, an international business litigation law firm, expanded and extended its lease from 18,864 square feet to 26,300 square feet. CBRE’s Kyle Kamin represented the tenant.
- Maron Marvel Bradley Anderson & Tardy LLC, a national litigation defense law firm, signed a new lease for 10,121 square feet.. JLL’s Jeff Liljeberg negotiated for the tenant.
