The real estate development team behind 547 W. 47th Street in Manhattan has begun closings on sales at the condominium project

CBSK Ironstate Begins Closings at Hell’s Kitchen Condo Development

CBSK Ironstate, a partnership of CB Developers, SK Development and Ironstate Development, has begun closings at 547 W. 47th St., a 12-story luxury residential condominium project located on West 47th Street between Tenth and Eleventh avenues.

The property also celebrated the official opening of The West Residence Club, a 30,000-square-foot suite of indoor and outdoor resort-inspired amenity spaces at the Hell’s Kitchen building. With more than a dozen sales since the end of summer, remaining residences at 547 West 47th are priced from $765,000.

“We’ve always envisioned 547 West 47th St. as a building that’s conducive to the modern city lifestyle, and it’s great to see this one-of-a-kind residential experience come to fruition with our first residents,” said Scott Shnay, a principal at CBSK Ironstate.

The property represents the first New York City residential project for Dutch architectural firm Concrete, known for CitizenM Hotels and Urby.
