Veteran Real Estate Attorney Nicole Fenton Joins Kramer Levin

Nicole Fenton has joined law firm Kramer Levin’s real estate practice as counsel in the New York office.  She advises both U.S.-based and international investors on real estate investments nationwide.

Fenton has more than 25 years of experience at some of New York’s leading law firms, and her diverse practice encompasses a wide range of complex transactions within each major commercial real estate asset class. Her clients include owners, developers, investors, lenders and other institutional investors whom she counsels on acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction and mezzanine financing, joint ventures and preferred equity investments.

She also advises developers, family offices, private equity funds and institutional investors through all stages of property financing.
