CBRE Promotes Bruce Westwood-Booth to Vice Chairman

Bruce Westwood-Booth of CBRE Capital Markets has been promoted to vice chairman, the highest title ranking among producers at the firm. Since joining CBRE in 2015, Westwood-Booth has been a consistent top producer both in Chicago and companywide. 

Over his 30-year career, Westwood-Booth has provided advice, analysis, and execution of alternative capital solutions for corporately owned and occupied real estate. He has led numerous nationally renowned transaction assignments valued at more than$30 billion during his career. Recently, he has been involved with or led capital market efforts for some of the most high-profile headquarter, build-to-suit, and sale leaseback assignments in the U.S.
