GFP Real Estate has signed three tenants to office and retail space at 594 Broadway in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood

Production Studio Hornet Animations Alights on GFP’s 594 Broadway

Hornet Animations, a multidisciplinary, award-winning production studio offering a “robust and seamless array of mixed media, live-action, animation, and post-production services,” signed a 10-year lease for 14,569 square feet on the 10th floor of GFP Real Estate’s 594 Broadway in SoHo. The tenant plans to use the space for general office and media production.

Donna Vogel, senior managing director of GFP Real Estate, represented ownership, while Joe McLaughlin of Vestian Global Workplace Services represented Hornet Animations .

“We’ve seen a number of creative agencies like Hornet Animations expand in SoHo, NoHo and Chelsea over the past year looking for office spaces with lots of character that speaks to their clients and employees alike,” said Vogel.  “We are excited to welcome Hornet Animations to 594 Broadway.”

The company, whose clients include Longchamp, Adobe, Porsche and Coca-Cola, among others, is expected to move into its space next February.
