Core Spaces Hires CFO, Names COO
Chicago-based Core Spaces, a residential developer and operator, has hired 20-year industry veteran Jennifer Holmes as CFO. Holmes (pictured) was most recently chief accounting officer at retail REIT Urban Edge Properties.
In conjunction with Holmes’s hire, Core also said that Christine Richards has been appointed COO. Richards joined Core in April 2021 and most recently served as president, property management.
