PREMIER Begins Construction on Reno-Area Logistics Complex
PREMIER Design + Build Group has broken ground on a large, three-building distribution project in Fernley, NV. The complex, called Victory Logistics District Buildings B, C and D-2, is being developed by Mark IV Capital and will total over one million square feet.
“Our team is honored to be working with Mark IV Capital on this best-in-class development,” said PREMIER principal Steven Gabbert. “Victory Logistics District is a visionary concept for meeting the future manufacturing, distribution and logistics needs of the region, and we are beyond thrilled to bring this project to market.”
Building D2 is the largest structure, and will span over 634,000 square feet, featuring 40’ clear height, 120 dock doors, four drive-in doors and state-of-the-art mechanical and electrical systems. Building C is 217,000 square feet and Building B is 170,000 square feet. All three of the properties, located about 30 miles east of Reno, are slated for completion in late 2023.
