CBRE Makes the Move to New Digs in Charlotte’s Vantage South End Campus
CBRE has relocated its Charlotte, NC operations a 24,535-square-foot workplace that occupies the second floor of Vantage South End’s east tower.
The new office is part of CBRE’s Workplace360 program, the company’s long-standing approach to workplace strategy for its corporate offices. The space showcases CBRE’s “Future of Work” space standards, including innovative technology and a wider variety of individual and collaborative spaces, designed to support hybrid working.
“In our new offices, including Charlotte, we prioritize healthy building environments for our people by integrating nature and outdoor workspaces,” said Peter Van Emburgh, global head of CBRE’s corporate real estate. “We also place heavier emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion during the design process, ensuring we provide an accessible workplace with different furniture and varying enclosed space options that address and support neurodiversity and different abilities.”
