DMG Picks Up Multifamily Management Assignment from Noah Properties

Chicago-based DMG has been selected as the exclusive property manager for Noah Proprieties’ multifamily apartment rentals in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. The assignment adds 700 units to DMG’s portfolio. 

Among the properties in the DMG/Noah Properties portfolio are Roselle Station Apartments in Roselle, IL; Bloomingdale Trails Apartments in Bloomingdale, il; and Galewood Flats in Northwest Chicago (pictured). Currently, DMG, led by managing broker Roger Daniel, has a management portfolio of more than 1,500 units.

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism.
