The NRP Group Hires Grace Evans as VP of Development
The NRP Group has hired Nashville, TN-based Grace Evans as VP of development. She reports to Aaron Pechota, EVP of development and head of affordable housing.
Evans is responsible for originating, leading and managing all aspects of suburban and urban affordable multifamily development in greater Nashville.
Prior to joining NRP, Evans served as an associate at Elmington Capital Group where she was responsible for conducting the due diligence, underwriting and financing processes for affordable multifamily properties using 4% and 9% tax credits. Prior to Elmington, Evans worked for nearly four years at Goldman Sachs as a realty management analyst and was responsible for pricing a global portfolio of real estate acquisitions and subsequent asset management.
The NRP Group current pipeline of approximately 2,200 market-rate and affordable housing residences underway across the Southeast.
