N. Las Vegas Largest Mixed-Use Project Underway

Agora Realty and Management (Agora) has begun work on a 29-acre mixed-use master-planned commercial district in downtown North Las Vegas. The redevelopment project is east of the I-15 freeway along Lake Mead Boulevard and north along Las Vegas Boulevard.

This plan calls for healthcare and medical services along with new restaurants and shops. Alleged to be the largest redevelopment in the towns history, Agora will commence construction immediately on 200,000 square feet of retail space and 125,000 square feet of healthcare and medical office space, set for completion in 24 months. Project cost is estimated at $105 million. The firm initiated construction earlier this year on a 22,000-square-foot medical office building that will include primary care and specialty services. 

Agora also plans to incorporate micro-business suites, a new concept at many other mixed use retail centers, that can range in size from 150 to 450 square feet, to encourage first time entrepreneurs and food operators.
