Ryan Companies Announces Two Seattle Promotions

Construction firm Ryan Companies US, Inc. has announced a pair of promotions within their Seattle office. Alisha Roland has been named Director of Virtual Design & Construction – Design Integrator and Peter Ottele is the new Director of Real Estate Development.

Roland has been with Ryan for eight years and has contributed to several projects in the Greater Seattle area, such as Wesley at Tehaleh and Kirkland Urban. She manages the western division VDC team and in her new role, Roland will be responsible for improving contract deliverables from the firm’s design team and consultant partners.

Ottele joined Ryan Companies in the fall of 2019 as a senior pre-construction manager and will now be supporting the Northwest region’s development portfolio with a focus in the multifamily sector. He will also be responsible for responding to market opportunities by organizing responses to land pursuits, tracking project schedules and presenting internal deal approval packages.
