Conroe Newest Location for a WorkHub

WorkHub Developments has started work on its office/warehouse space in Conroe at 1030 Outpost Drive, Conroe. The new Conroe campus in the works will span 70,000 square feet and include industrial flex space with access to loading docks, forklifts, pallet jacks and other amenities, such as fiber internet, climate-controlled warehouses and flexible contracts. Roberto Valenzuela and Alfredo Amparan founded WorkHub in 2016 and have grown the company to include seven locations.

“Our focus is on building spaces where our tenants can grow and prosper by allowing them to have maximum focus on their business while we provide easy access to assets and programs to aid in their growth,” said Amparan. Besides the space, the company has developed a unique membership benefit program. A number of discounts, services, and products are available to tenants. The offerings include health and fitness, restaurant and retail.

Construction is projected to wrap up in August 2023
