Landsea Homes Opens Townhome Community in Placentia

Homebuilder Landsea Homes has announced the grand opening of its new 139-townhome community called Hudson, located in Placentia, CA. The homes range from 775 to 1,368 square feet, and from one- to three-bedrooms, with prices that start at $496,000.

“There is strong interest in the homes at Hudson,” said Patrick Higgins, VP at Landsea Homes. “This is a unique community with exceptionally designed townhomes at attainable price points, appealing amenities and access to the region’s prime entertainment options.”

All homes at Hudson feature smart home technology and energy savings to make life at home healthier and more comfortable. The smart home automation includes an Apple HomePod mini, wireless network internet, entry door locks, thermostat control, light dimmers, and a garage door opener control.

In addition, Hudson’s Dutch woonerf design concept embraces the idea of a “living street” that acts as a social space between the buildings, with room for pedestrians and cyclists.
