Marcus & Millichap Arranges $3.2M Imperial Beach Apartment Sale
Commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of 856 Calla Avenue, a 10-unit multifamily property in the San Diego County city of Imperial Beach, CA. Southport Properties, L.P. purchased the property from Calla Condos LLC in a $3.2 million, all-cash transaction.
Connor Stolle and Carson Trujillo in Marcus & Millichap’s Downtown San Diego office, had the exclusive listing to market the community on behalf of the seller. “This property received multiple competing offers and closed escrow in 25 days,” shared Trujillo in a news release.
Constructed in 1968 and renovated in 2007, 856 Calla Avenue is comprised of 2 three-bedroom units and eight one-bedroom residences. Tenants enjoy access to in-unit laundry, private balconies and 11 off-street parking spaces. Located in the Dolphin Bay neighborhood, the complex offers easy access to Interstate 5, and is just 15 minutes south of downtown San Diego.
