Norris & Stevens Brokers $2.2M Lease in Beaverton
Charter Mechanical, an employee-owned construction services firm, has signed a $2.2 million industrial lease at the Beaverton Industrial Center in Beaverton, OR. Norris & Stevens, representing the landlord, BKM Beaverton 903, LLC, brokered the lease for the space, located at 5807 SW 107th Avenue, Suites 4 & 5.
The new tenant specializes in fabrication and installation of mechanical and process piping systems. Charter Mechanical was represented by Joe Curran of Macadam Forbes in the lease negotiations, while Norris & Stevens’ Greg Nesting and Gabe Schnitzer represented the landlord.
Suites 4 & 5 total 40,000 square feet, featuring front-loaded distribution. The recently renovated building also offers 28’ clear height, a sprinkler system and first-rate staging, loading and parking. The property is located just off Highway 217, offering easy access to U.S. Route 26 and Interstate 5, and is situated just 20 minutes from Downtown Portland, OR.
