MetLife, McGuireWoods Agree on 34K SF in Midtown Atlanta Office Tower
Building owner MetLife and law firm McGuireWoods have agreed on a lease that places that latter into 34,053 square feet in 1075 Peachtree Street office building in the Midtown submarket of Atlanta, GA.
John Winter, Shea Meddin, Molly Millard, and John Pritzlaff of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Peter McGuone of Stream Realty Partners represented MetLife.
“McGuireWoods has been in its current office space for more than a decade,” said Meddin.
The new office will allow McGuireWoods to design a brand-new office space for the future, in a prime Midtown location with great amenities. This will help the firm continue to grow and attract and retain top talent.”
McGuireWoods will become the office building’s newest tenant and occupy the entire 35th floor and a portion of the 34th floor. The building is home notable tenants in the consulting, law and banking sectors, plus on-site restaurants and retail.
