Marcus & Millichap Arranges $11M Sale of Lacey Development Site

Real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Britton Lots, a 29-acre development site located in Lacey, WA. The firm’s Timothy Ufkes and Rich Day represented the seller, a real estate management company in the $10.5 million transaction. The buyer was a developer, secured and also represented by Ufkes and Day.

Britton Lots is located at 6655 Britton Parkway NE, and has easy Interstate 5 freeway access. The parcel is situated in the rapidly growing Tacoma, WA submarket of Lacey, and has the potential for over 500 multifamily units to be developed over 2 to 3 phases of construction.

The property is 7 miles east of the State Capitol of Olympia and 14 miles west of Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Also within easy driving distance is Tacoma at 25 miles and Seattle is just 55 miles to the north.
