Heritage Golf Group Tees Up Purchase of Premium Courses in Pooler, Myrtle Beach
Herndon, VA-based Heritage Golf Group has acquired the 245-acre The Club at Savannah Quarters in Pooler, GA and the 170-acre Grande Dunes Members Club in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Land Advisors Organization in partnership Fairway Advisors represented the sellers.
“These two prominent clubs represent our 24th and 25th acquisition since new ownership and leadership acquired Heritage Golf Group in early 2020,” said Andy Miller, chief revenue officer for Heritage Golf Group. The company is seeking to actively grow its portfolio of premium golf properties in major metropolitan markets.
The Club at Savannah Quarters is a private country club with a Greg Norman designed course and includes a 29,000 square-foot clubhouse, 270,000-gallon aquatic center, fitness center, four lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, driving range and practice green. The Grande Dunes Members Club is a private, non-equity country club with a Nick Price and Craig Shreiner designed course and includes a 27,000 square-foot clubhouse, double-sided driving range, chipping green and putting green.
