SRG Debuts Adaptive Reuse Multifamily Project in Glendale

SRG Debuts Adaptive Reuse Multifamily Project in Glendale

Sares Regis Group (SRG) has unveiled Arista Glendale Phase I, an eight-story, 53-unit luxury multifamily rental property in downtown Glendale, CA. The community is a reimagined stately granite-clad office tower built in 1985.

“The City welcomes Arista. Through an adaptive reuse of an existing building, the city is helping add high-quality housing while also ensuring that we maintain the character of our downtown and quality of life that our residents and businesses have come to expect,” said Glendale Mayor Ardy Kassakhian.

Arista residences are two- and three-bedroom floorplans, with engineered hardwood floors, soft close cabinets and kitchen islands. Rents will range from $3,950 all the way to $10,900 per month. Community amenities include a co-work space, conference “zoom room”, fitness center and outdoor green space. The existing ground floor retail space has been retained and the elegant entrance speaks to the building’s office origins.

The property is co-developed and owned by Adept and Octane Group.
