Belleair Development Group has purchased of Shoppes at Park Place in Pinellas Park, FL for $85 million.

Belleair Development Group Drops $85M for Pinellas Park Super-Regional Retail Center

Belleair Development Group has completed its $85-million purchase of Shoppes at Park Place, a 361,250-square-foot dominant super-regional shopping center on approximately 42 acres in Pinellas Park, FL. The company will be adding more retail to the property, as well as hotel and multi-housing.

 Brad Peterson, Tom Hall, Whitaker Leonhardt and Michael Brewster of JLL represented the seller. CBRE represented the buyer, which obtained a $51-million loan to purchase the property.

The 2006-constructed is Shoppes at Park Place is 97% occupied and anchored by Regal Cinemas, Academy Sports, Conn’s Home Plus, Marshalls, Michaels and Petco, and junior-anchored by Five Below, Famous Footwear and Dollar Tree.

The site is shadow anchored by a Target with grocery. The center also offers 10 outparcels, featuring Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks/Chase Bank, Panera Bread/Mattress Firm, BJ’s Brewhouse, Panda Express, Pollo Tropical, Applebee’s Bar and Grill. Wells Fargo, PNC Bank, Chipotle and Florida Blue.
