Summit Health Signs 21K-SF Direct Lease at 1345 Ave. of the Americas
Summit Health has signed a seven-year, 20,826 square foot lease at Fisher Brothers’ 1345 Ave. of the Americas. The multispecialty medical practice, an existing subtenant, will partially occupy the eighth floor within the Midtown Manhattan office tower, which completed a $120-million capital improvement project last year.
“Throughout this year, we have seen an uptick in activity from tenants seeking newly-renovated office space citywide,” said Ken Fisher, partner at Fisher Brothers. “This trend is underscored by Summit Health’s commitment to a seven-year lease at 1345 Ave. of the Americas.”
An in-house leasing team of Marc Packman, Clark Briffel, Charles P. Laginestra and Josh Fisher led negotiations for Fisher Brothers. Summit Health was represented by Colliers’ Brian Given and Sheena Gohil. Howard Fiddle, Peter Turchin, William Iacovelli, Anthony Dattoma and Ben Joseph of CBRE also worked with Fisher Brothers to secure the deal.
