MBK Opens Pre-Leasing at New Duarte Apartment Complex

Private developer MBK Rental Living has announced that pre-leasing is underway at Esperanza at Duarte Station, a 344-unit, five-story, Class A apartment community in Duarte, CA. The property is comprised of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, ranging from 514 to 1,090 square feet.

“As our growth continues throughout California, we are excited to extend our presence once more in Los Angeles County in Duarte, where we will offer high-quality, luxury flats with expansive amenities that were designed for our resident’s lives,” said MBK Rental Living President Ken McCarren.

Esperanza at Duarte Station features unique rooftop amenities, including a resort-style pool and spa, indoor/outdoor casita with living room lounge and fireplace, all with dramatic views of the San Gabriel Mountains. First level amenities include a café bar, co-working area with open seating and a cantina with direct access to Food Truck Alley.
