Cascadia Behavioral Secures Clackamas Medical Office Lease
Norris & Stevens’ Tim Pfeiffer and Camden Muller have brokered the $1.9 million lease of suite 12360 at the Talbert Center in Clackamas, OR on behalf of the landlord, Talbert Center #1, LLC. Colliers’ Mike Holzgang represented Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare in the transaction.
The suite has a medical buildout with 10,300 square feet of space and 75 parking stalls. The Talbert Center also features several retail tenants including Papa Murphy’s, Elka Bee’s Coffee Haus and Union 76. Situated at 12360 SE Sunnyside Rd., The property is located within close proximity of several major highways, including I-205 and OR-213.
Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare is a mental health service company that provides addiction recovery support, primary care, wellness programs and permanent housing solutions. The Talbert Center will be their fourth location in the Portland region.
