Walker & Dunlop Arranges $42M Sale of Poway MultiFam Property
Pacific Urban Residential has purchased Willow Creek, a 107-unit, garden-style multifamily community in Poway, CA. Walker & Dunlop arranged the $42 million transaction, representing the seller GW Williams.
“This was the first time this asset had been on the market in nearly 20 years, and an excellent opportunity to acquire an institutionally sized, very well maintained asset with upside in one of San Diego’s premier I-15 Corridor submarkets,” said Hunter Combs who arranged the transaction. Walker & Dunlop’s Chris Botsford and Jeff Burns also secured financing for the buyer.
Located at 13656 Hilleary Pl., the 37-year-old property has been nicely maintained by GW Williams, and provides new ownership the opportunity to continue the renovation plan of upgrading unit interiors and amenities.
