KB Home Unveils New Community in Homeland

KB Home has announced the grand opening of its Lilac community in the company’s Countryview master plan in Homeland, CA. The neighborhood, situated just north of Highway 74 in the Inland Empire, provides easy access to major employment centers, shopping, dining and entertainment.

“Our new community features spacious single-family homes in a prime Riverside County location. As with other KB Home communities, Lilac at Countryview provides home shoppers with the opportunity to purchase a new home that can be personalized to reflect their lifestyle needs,” said the firm’s John Fenn.

The one- and two-story floor plans feature spacious kitchens, large great rooms, expansive bedroom suites and ample storage space. The homes, which buyers can customize with exterior elevations and design options, range in size from 1,400 to 2,600 square feet. KB Home has also designed every residence to be ENERGY STAR certified and guided by EPA Indoor airPLUS standards.
