Realterm Grabs 8-Acre Pomona Industrial Site

Maryland-based transportation real estate specialist Realterm has acquired an 8.2-acre secured storage facility in Pomona, CA. The fully lit, secured and paved site, located on East Franklin Avenue, offers 206 trailer stalls, a 5,600-square-foot office building and a 4,000-square-foot shop building. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“The Inland Empire remains a top national submarket and one of the most supply-constrained in Southern California,” said Realterm’s TJ Cameron. “As a result, the demand is strong for large, secure storage yards like this one, and in a market where rents are on the rise.”

The firm’s Ed Brickley added in a news release, “This property has key differentiating factors. It is entitled for truck and trailer storage, it is larger than five acres and it offers superior freeway accessibility. It is ideally situated to service the entire Inland Empire market, where it is difficult to find such storage facilities.”
