TerraCRG Puts Greenpoint Multifamily Under Contract
TerraCRG has entered into contract on the sale of 67 Sutton St., an eight-unit, brick multifamily property in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood. Partner Matt Cosentino and senior associate Rémi Norris represented the seller.
The four-story, 6,050-square-foot, tax-class protected building features eight fully occupied residential units, including three free-market units.
“This property represents a unique investment opportunity having both immediate available upside and significant longer term upside potential,” said Cosentino. “We look forward to sharing more details about the sale after closing.”
67 Sutton St. sits two blocks from the extremely popular McGolrick Park and enjoys proximity to a wide variety of well-known cafes, bakeries, and restaurants such as Goldie’s Bar, the Palace, Amber Steak House, Variety Coffee Roasters, and Green Lane Coffee.
