SC Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation Keeps 89K SF in Synergy Business Park
BV DRP Synergy LLC and the South Carolina Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation have agreed on the latter’s lease renewal of 89,284 square feet of office space at Synergy Business Park in the Columbia, SC submarket of Columbia.
Allen Wilkerson and Henry Roe of Colliers represented BV DRP Synergy, LLC.
Synergy Business Park encompasses seven Energy Star-certified office buildings totaling 496,153 square feet and according to Colliers is considered one of the most highly regarded office parks in the Columbia market with modernized lobbies and a park-like campus setting.
The Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation aims to make South Carolina a safe place to work and live by providing professional and occupational licensing to businesses and ensuring compliance in the workplace.
