Hudson Square Properties' 350 Hudson St. in Manhattan's Hudson Square neighborhood was recently renovated

Medidata Renews Five-Floor Headquarters Lease in Hudson Square

Medidata Solutions, a life sciences software company, has renewed its headquarters lease comprising the top five floors of 350 Hudson St. through 2030. The tenant will continue occupying 177,000 square feet, more than half the total square footage of the Midtown South property, which is owned by Hudson Square Properties, a joint venture of Trinity Church Wall Street, Norges Bank Investment Management and Hines.

Hudson Square Properties recently upgraded the building’s prewar façade and implemented an array of improvements to the ground floor of 350 Hudson, all of which played a central role in retaining Medidata. The improvements at 350 Hudson come as part of Hudson Square Properties’ larger goal of transforming the neighborhood into a vibrant destination for work, food, culture, retail and community.

CBRE’s Paul Amrich led lease negotiations on behalf of Hudson Square Properties. Medidata was represented by JLL’s Lisa Kiell and Gabrielle Harvey.
