Norris & Stevens Brokers Sale of Spokane Mixed-Use Building
Old Sterling, LLC has purchased 11205 E. Sprague Ave., a 6,300-square-foot office/retail property in Spokane Valley, WA. Norris & Stevens’ Tim Pfeiffer and Camden Muller along with Synergy Properties’ Danny Patterson represented the buyer and the seller, the Ingram’s, in the $1.5 million transaction.
Constructed in 1970, the building is situated on 0.64 acres and is located approximately 10 minutes east of Downtown Spokane and 20 minutes east of Spokane International Airport. The property is equipped with an open floor plan on the ground level, and a built-out basement consisting of conference rooms, restrooms and a kitchenette.
