Cresa Makes Push into Chicago Suburbs

Cresa is expanding its service delivery in the suburban Chicago office market and has tapped two industry veterans to lead the charge. Rick Morris and Mark Kolar have joined as SVPs and are tasked with building the new team.

Most recently a principal with Avison Young, Morris has arranged more than 5.0 million square feet of leases valued at $1.0 billion during his career. Kolar joins Cresa from JLL, where he was an SVP partnering with local and global corporate clients.

“It’s important for us to hire leaders who understand our culture and partnership model,” said Tad Laws, Chicago market leader at Cresa. “Rick and Mark have over 40 years of combined experience and terrific reputations.  I’m thrilled they chose to come together under the Cresa banner.”
