MGM, Accounting Firm Come to Sapir’s 260 Madison Ave.

CBRE has arranged two new office leases at 260 Madison Ave. In Midtown Manhattan totaling more than 62,000 square feet. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios (MGM) signed a 50,462-square-foot lease and 1-800Accountant committed to 12,344 square feet with owners the Sapir Organization.  
 
CBRE’s Peter Turchin, Gregg Rothkin, Tim Freydberg, Hayden Pascal and Jared London serve as the exclusive leasing agents for 260 Madison and represented ownership in the negotiations. The 570,000-square-foot office property is situated between East 38th and East 39th streets. 
 
“These two new lease commitments by such high-profile corporate users speak to the quality of the office space, as well as the Sapir Organization’s hands-on approach to ownership,” said Freydberg. “We were thrilled to be able to accommodate both MGM and 1-800Accountant with leases that met their real estate needs within this incredible office property.”
