Service West Subleases 95K SF at San Leandro Warehouse
CBRE has brokered the 95,000-square-foot sublease of an industrial property at 2350 Williams St., in San Leandro, CA. CBRE’s Bob Ferraro, Michael Barry and Chris van Keulen represented the tenant, Service West, while Colliers represented the sublessee, Accu-Logistics.
“Despite economic headwinds and volatile markets, the industrial market along the I-880 corridor continues to show normal, if not better, leasing activity. The property’s proximity to the Oakland Airport and Port of Oakland is highly desirable among industrial users and ideally situated to service the broader Bay Area,” said Barry.
The building features seven docks, 2,500 square feet of office space and 23’ clear heights. Service West, Inc. is a commercial furniture installation, warehousing and logistics firm, and will begin its sublease in November.
