Marcus & Millichap Arranges Mission Hills Apartment Sale

Commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap has announced the $2 million sale of 3555 Keating St., a seven-unit apartment property located in the Mission Hills neighborhood of San Diego.

The firm’s Aaron Bove out of the San Diego Del Mar office and Heartland Real Estate’s Frank McLin had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an individual trust.  The buyer was also an individual trust. “Even in this rising interest rate market, well-located properties are still in high demand and garner multiple offers,” said Bove in a news release.

The complex consists of four separate structures on the three parcels, and features a two-story single-family residence, a detached duplex, a small cottage and a small single-family residence with an attached apartment unit.
